Marketing SMS

This is your consent to receive promotional text messages from Svaggy on the phone number registered to your account. It is entirely optional, and refusing it does not affect your account, your orders or the service you get.

What you will receive

• Time-sensitive offers where a message needs to arrive quickly
• Occasional campaign codes tied to your city

We treat SMS as the most intrusive channel we have and use it sparingly. Standard message rates from your mobile operator may apply.

What this does not cover

Service texts are sent regardless of this setting, because they are part of running your account or delivering your order: one-time sign-in codes, delivery-critical messages from your courier, and security alerts. These are not marketing and turning this off does not stop them.

Who sends it

Text messages are delivered through Twilio, acting as our processor under a data processing agreement. Your number is never sold and never shared with advertisers.

How to withdraw

Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. Either of these works:

• turn Marketing SMS off under Account → Marketing & analytics in the app;
• email privacy@svaggy.fi.

Withdrawal applies to future messages immediately.

Legal basis

Consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, together with the ePrivacy rules on electronic direct marketing. We keep a record of this decision for as long as it stands plus one year.
